Last year, several sold on eBay for over $45,000.</p> <p>Today there was an <a href="http://www.westauction.com/auction/item/id/151/num/8600">auction for a 2003 <span class="caps">RAV4</span>-EV with 97,000 miles</a> &#8211; which means the battery pack will need to be replaced at a cost of about $15,000.
